Omg, you guys. This recipe is out of this world!!! Please excuse all the exclamation points, but I just can’t contain my excitement!
Not only do they taste amazing, but they’re SUPER easy to make, which counts for at least half of my exclamation points.
So, in my short time blogging, I’ve learned an incredible amount about the business of blogging, food photography, food styling, and much much more. But my favorite part about this crazy blogging world is all the wonderful people I’ve met!
I’ve gone to several workshops and have had the chance to meet other food bloggers from all over the place! And for those who I haven’t actually met in person, I’ve been lucky enough to develop many online relationships with them through food! How freaking cool is that?
Having said all of that, I’ve teamed up with 7 other food bloggers from across the country for a recipe swap! Each month we will cook/bake one recipe from each others blog, and post it on our own. I love this idea so much, because it encourages us to try each other’s food, sparks inspiration, and most importantly spreads the food love onto you!
They’re sure to become a staple in your weekly dinner rotation. I chose to serve this in tortillas with my favorite toppings, but you could easily serve this over rice or quinoa!
