I love hard boiled eggs. Every week I make a big batch, store them in the fridge and use them throughout the week as a quick breakfast, snack, or lunch item for the kids. How do I tell apart my hard boiled eggs from the regular ones?
- 6 eggs
- 1) Place the eggs in a pot and fill enough water to cover the eggs completely.
- 2) Uncovered, bring to a boil. Once it reaches a full boil, turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes.
- 3) Rinse eggs under cold water for 1-2 minutes. You can serve immediately, or store in the fridge peeled or unpeeled for up to 5 days.
- You can use as little or as many eggs as you like, as long as they fit in one single layer in the pot.
