If you’re anything like me, you’ve got a list a mile long of people in your life to bake for. Everyone from your kids’ teachers, to the lady who’s been waxing your eyebrows for the last 15 years, and everyone in between.
During the holidays I definitely make more baked goods in a week, than I do the entire rest of the year. It’s pretty awesome. But it definitely can become stressful, and I typically bite off more than I can chew. I think I found the trick.
When it comes to holiday baking, divide and conquer.
Super simple concept, yet very effective. Take your favorite quick bread, here I used my favorite banana bread and rather than pouring it into a big loaf pan, I baked them in these mini loaf pans. Now I’m able to knock two people off my baked goods list!
They also sell these mini loaf pans in disposable holiday patterns which you can easily use instead, and wrap it up in a little cellophane bag with a ribbon. Done.
