You guys killed it last week with all your meal plan dishes! The Broccoli Pasta and Grilled Hanger Steak were crowd favorites! In case you didn’t notice, I’ve changed the title of this post for today, and moving forward. Rather than these weekly posts being viewed as a “meal plan”, I simply want it to be viewed as inspiration for dishes throughout the week. It might be inspiration for a dinner dish, appetizer, breakfast, lunch or snack! That being said, I present to you Weekly Dish Inspiration #22 with some awesome dish inspiration coming right up! SUNDAY – Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Chicken // This dish is SO versatile! Throw some chicken in the slow cooker with salsa and a few spices for the perfect shredded chicken to add to tacos or burrito bowls! This is definitely one for your back pocket.
MONDAY – Peach & Burrata Crostini // Before the stone fruit officially goes out of season you gotta try this simple appetizer.
TUESDAY – Loaded Spinach Quinoa Casserole // LOVE this dish. It’s so easy and flavorful, packed with ground turkey, spinach and quinoa. It’s a healthy option for mid week and makes great leftovers.
WEDNESDAY – Baked Panko Parmesan Chicken Strips // Kids and adults both love these! Who wouldn’t? They’re basically grown up chicken fingers.
THURSDAY – Faux Fried Chicken // Apparently it’s all about the chicken this week! If you’re craving comfort food, this healthier version of fried chicken is legit!
SWEET TREAT – Strawberry Shortcake // A summer dessert favorite! This biscuit-like cake is so dreamy with the whipped cream and fresh berries. 🤤
