SUNDAY – Simple Roast Chicken // There’s nothing like walking into a house with a roast chicken cooking! It smells incredible, and it’s one of my favorite healthy comfort meals, all in one pot!
MONDAY – Slow Cooker Turkey Meatballs // With fall here and this busy time of year, it’s always nice to have dinner cooking itself. I love these turkey meatballs so much, and it makes a ton for leftovers the next day!
TUESDAY – Ground Turkey & Veggie Brown Rice Bowls // We have this dish in my house at least once a week. It’s one of those dishes I created by accident and I’m so happy I did. Healthy, satisfying and delicious.
WEDNESDAY – The Best Ever Corn Bread // Every single person who’s tried this corn bread says it’s the best they’ve ever had. True story.
THURSDAY – Slow Cooker Brisket // Every time I make this brisket there is not a single scrap left on the plate. The longer you leave it in the slow cooker the better. It just falls apart.
SWEET TREAT – No Churn Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream // This is kind of the perfect dessert right now. While it’s still pretty hot outside, ice cream is the ticket. And the pumpkin flavor is my jam.
