MONDAY – Spicy Stuffed Peppers // My family loves this healthy comfort dish. These peppers are loaded with goodness and they make great leftovers. They’re a must-try.
TUESDAY – Slow Cooker Maple Brisket // I know you’re used to making my typical Slow Cooker Brisket, and while this recipe is similar, it’s got that special maple flavor that makes it extra fall-like. Give it a go.
WEDNESDAY – Chopped Kale Salad w/ Herb Dressing // One of the most popular salad recipes on the blog. The secret in this salad is the dressing. It’s kind of life changing and will make you love kale.
THURSDAY – Crispy Baked Buttermilk Chicken // I haven’t met a person who doesn’t love this chicken recipe. Crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. Add it to your rotation.
SWEET TREAT – Pumpkin Chocolate Swirl Muffins // Halloween is just around the corner! How cute are these little treats! We make them every year!
