SUNDAY – Chestnut Herb Stuffing // If you make nothing else this Thanksgiving, you gotta try this stuffing. It’s the absolute best, and you’re gonna want to eat it every single week.
MONDAY – Butternut Squash Soup // This easy, creamy and dreamy soup is diary free and so delicious. Make this ahead of time and have it warming on the stove the day of.
TUESDAY – Kale, Brussels Sprouts & Sweet Potato Salad // This is my favorite Thanksgiving salad. It’s got great color, texture and it’s the perfect compliment to all the traditional dishes.
WEDNESDAY – Easy Corn Pudding // My mom makes this dish all year round, but I love it for Thanksgiving. It takes minutes to pull together and tastes like actual heaven.
THURSDAY – Creamy Polenta w/ Roasted Butternut Squash & Brussels Sprouts // Want to change things up a bit? Try this creamy polenta. You won’t be sorry.
