MONDAY – Hot Dog Bar // Why are 3-day weekends just the BEST? Hopefully you’re hanging by the pool, firing up the grill and relaxing with friends. This epic hot dog bar satisfies everyone and it’s super easy and great for a crowd. Happy grilling!

WEDNESDAY – Herb Grilled Chicken w/ Fresh Corn Salsa // Just because the holiday weekend is over, doesn’t mean we should stop grilling! This chicken is so simple and delicious, and that salsa?! Can you see that I’m obsessed with fresh corn?
THURSDAY – Whole Wheat Tomato Pesto Pizza Rolls // It’s almost the weekend again, and Thursday night calls for pizza. 🍕 Well, every night calls for pizza. These little rolls are fun to make and even more fun to eat!
