WEDNESDAY – Burrata Pizza w/ Fresh Corn & Tomatoes // OMG, please say hello to the greatest pizza ever! Fresh burrata, sweet summer corn and a pop of cherry tomatoes. But let’s go back to that burrata… Swoon 😍
THURSDAY – Seared Salmon w/ Strawberry Salsa // I’m obsessed with using strawberries in savory recipes. This is great if you have a bunch of leftover berries that you need to use up! Give it a try!
SWEET TREAT – Strawberry Shortcake // More strawberries!! 🍓You know I’m a total chocolate lover, but this strawberry shortcake does the trick for me! The light and fluffy biscuit like cake pairs perfectly with the cream and berries!
