SUNDAY – Quick & Easy One Pot Mexican Quinoa // I’m pretty sure my sister-in-law makes this for dinner every Sunday night for her family. I’m beginning to wonder why I don’t do the same 🤔? This one dish wonder is full of flavor and so easy to make. A must try!
MONDAY – Pasta w/ Broccoli Sauce // Promise me you’ll try this recipe this week? Promise me!! It’s so simple, SO delicious and it’ll be your new go-to summer pasta. Trust me.
TUESDAY – Baked Panko Parmesan Chicken Strips // Fun for the whole family! Crispy and crunchy on the outside, with tender juicy chicken on the inside. Homemade chicken fingers for the win!
WEDNESDAY – Spicy Stuffed Peppers // These are so satisfying and make the best leftovers! If you don’t like spicy, don’t worry, just leave it out!
THURSDAY – Faux Fried Chicken // If you want fried chicken without all the fried then here ya go! This chicken is baked in the oven and will go perfect with all your summer side dishes!
SWEET TREAT – Chocolate Chip Cookies // Because sometimes you just need a cookie. Or two. Or ten. 🍪
