SUNDAY – Poblano Pepper Burrito Bowls // Sunday night dinners are all about family. DIY burrito bowls are the perfect meal for a crowd, large or small. Put out all the fixings and let people create their own masterpiece!
MONDAY – Crunchy Asian Broccoli Slaw // One of my favorite go-to dishes to bring to any summer BBQ. I love all the colors and textures, this slaw is always a winner.
TUESDAY – Mozzarella, Prosciutto, & Roasted Grape Pizza // Such a good combo on top of pizza! Oh, and if you haven’t roasted grapes before, you MUST!
WEDNESDAY – Grilled Summer Salad// This salad is smokey, flavorful and full of veggies! The grilled chicken makes it a full meal in itself!
THURSDAY – Honey Glazed Salmon// Whenever I make this salmon it’s always a huge hit! Super simple, but packed with bold flavors. Goes great with rice, a salad or roasted vegetables!
SWEET TREAT – Cinnamon Rolls // You would think that making cinnamon rolls would be pretty difficult, right? Wrong! These couldn’t be easier and they’re incredible! Treat yourself this weekend with this recipe!
