Here we are again with the 2nd ever Life is but a Dish Weekly Meal Plan! This week we’re still going strong with a (mostly) healthy menu, but definitely not skimping on flavor or satisfaction. MONDAY – Slow Cooker Turkey Meatballs // These meatballs are so full of flavor and perfect served over pasta, rice, or alone with a salad! This makes a lot of meatballs, so you’ll have plenty for lunches or to freeze for later! Feel free to sub the turkey for ground beef.
TUESDAY – Vegetarian Tacos // Taco Tuesday! You won’t miss the meat, I promise.
WEDNESDAY – Baked Chicken w/ Roasted Broccoli & Chickpeas // By midweek I know you need something really quick and easy. Well, here you have it!
THURSDAY – Ground Turkey & Veggie Brown Rice Bowls // This recipe is a staple in my house every single week. You can use the veggies listed or just use up whatever is left in your fridge! Trust me, you’re gonna love this!
SWEET TREAT – Pear & Blueberry Cobbler // I’m not a big fruit dessert person but this cobbler is the exception! It’s AMAZING and the perfect way to finish off a meal!
BREAKFAST – Orange Smoothie // A great way to get in all that vitamin C during cold and flu season! Kids love this too!
