Here we are again with the Life is but a Dish Weekly Meal Plan #21. There’s a good mix of comfort food, a breakfast for dinner option, and my faaaaaavorite turkey meatloaf. I hope you find some good dinner/meal inspiration this week! Here we go!
SUNDAY – Turkey Spinach Lasagna Roll Ups // Comfort food to the max! These tasty lasagna rolls take a little but of prep work, but are totally worth it, and make awesome leftovers.
MONDAY – Zucchini Mushroom Frittata // Sometimes it’s just a breakfast for dinner kind of night! This frittata is loaded with veggies – feel free to use whatever veggies you like or have on hand!
WEDNESDAY – The Best Turkey Meatloaf // If you haven’t tried my meatloaf yet, you need to. It’s one of my favorite healthy comfort foods. Mix everything in one bowl and bake!
THURSDAY – Balsamic Grilled Hanger Steak // This recipe is new to the site this week and it’s such a good one! Take advantage of the end of summer and grill this baby up with a side of potatoes and salad for the perfect meal!
BREAKFAST – Easy Overnight Oats // With back-to-school around the corner, these overnight oats will be your new best friend come busy mornings. Mix everything in a jar the night before, and breakfast is waiting for you first thing when you wake!
