WEDNESDAY – Mexican Lasagna // One of my husband’s favorite dishes ever! Even though it’s vegetarian you won’t miss the meat.
THURSDAY – Simple Roast Chicken // Easy, healthy, comforting, delicious. Bring on the weekend.
SWEET TREAT – Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Trifle // GREAT for game day and feeds a large crowd. Also, possibly the best thing you’ll ever put in your mouth 😁.
