SUNDAY – Lump Crab Cakes w/ Lemon Mayo Sauce // /Okay, lets talk crab 🦀. As many of you know, this Maryland girl is a huge crab snob. Rightfully so, given that I grew up eating the best of the best of the best of the best crabs! So trust me when I say to please spend the extra money when it comes to buying good quality, lump crab meat! It will make ALL the difference in your cakes. Also, these are baked, not fried, so easy clean up and crispy deliciousness!
MONDAY – Butternut Squash Skillet Pasta // Perfect for your meatless Monday, and goes great with a simple salad 🥗.
TUESDAY – Farro, Roasted Beet & Citrus Salad // I love a beautiful hearty salad! This salad is substantial enough as a main course or feel free to throw some chicken on there!
WEDNESDAY – Sweet Ginger Glazed Chicken & Peppers // It’s a one pan meal that’s great over brown rice or couscous.
THURSDAY – Orecchiette Pasta Bake // I know, pasta twice in one week? I just couldn’t help myself! I LOVE this pasta bake. It’s one the first recipes I ever posted and it’s a staple in my kitchen.
SWEET TREAT – Thin Mint Milkshake w/ Peppermint Whipped Cream // If you’re anything like me you have ZERO control when it comes to Girl Scout cookies. Thin Mints to be exact. I can easily polish off a box in one sitting, no shame here. For some reason I don’t feel as guilty throwing them all into a milkshake. Yep, this is the way to go.
BREAKFAST – Shakshuka // I discovered this dish over the holidays last year and I’ve been obsessed ever since. It’s perfect for Sunday brunch. So do yourself a favor and make this for your loved ones!
