My contribution is one of my favorites, my BBQ Chicken Kale Salad, bc it’s OMG so easy and SO SO good. I make the shredded BBQ chicken in the Instant Pot, and assemble the rest of the dish while it cooks! If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s a must.
