I know I’m not the only one who struggles to drink enough water throughout the day. It’s hard yes, but so important!
1. Make water more interesting! Add flavor! My latest flavored water combo obsession is this refreshing pineapple mint water. But don’t limit yourself! Add whatever flavors you like! Some of my other favorite combinations include, cucumber mint, strawberry basil, blueberry mint, raspberry pineapple, and of course the good old fashioned lemon lime. The possibilities are endless!
2. Use a straw. I find I drink so much more water when I use a straw. I have no idea why, but I do.
