Tis the season!
We had our first artichoke of the season last night, and man was it good. I have a lot of people tell me they don’t eat artichokes at home because they don’t know how to prep and/or cook them! I promise it’s easier than it seems.
1) Using a sharp knife, trim the top of the artichoke, and the stem as well if it’s too long.
I love to steam them and serve with this lemon mayo dipping sauce. Depending on the size, they steam for about 45 minutes.
