Weekly Dish Inspiration #26 is here and I’m diving in head first to fall! The weather is just barely cool here in LA, but that’s reason enough for me to get in the kitchen! I love seeing what you all make each week, so keep tagging me #lifeisbutadish in your photos. I hope you have a great weekend and wonderful week ahead full of yummy food!
SUNDAY – Fettuccine Turkey Bolognese // This turkey bolognese is the ultimate comfort food! Of course it’s amazing over pasta, but you can easily lighten up this dish and serve it over zucchini noodles, gluten free pasta or even rice.
MONDAY – Balsamic Mustard Chicken w/ Cherry Tomatoes // This is the most popular chicken recipe on my site! I’m pretty sure tomato season is just about over, so hurry up and make this dish one last time while those tomatoes are still hot!
TUESDAY – Quick & Easy Cauliflower “Fried” Rice // This is a new recipe on the blog this week and I’m in love with it! It’s a great side dish to any protein…chicken, fish or steak. It comes together in 15 minutes or less and it’s packed with veggies!
WEDNESDAY – Butter Baked Salmon // Who doesn’t love anything baked in butter. This salmon is so dreamy, yet simple and easy to make!
THURSDAY – Turmeric Lentil & Farro Soup // By now you all know the story of me and this soup. If not, definitely check it out by reading the post. It’s the most nourishing, lovely soup. It’s great for the fall, warming your soul and keeping you healthy during flu season!
BREAKFAST – Whole Wheat Zucchini Banana Chia Seed Muffins // These muffins are light and fluffy, and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. The glaze definitely puts these over the top, but they’re just as good without!
