It’s been a while since I’ve been THIS excited about the Weekly Dish Inspiration! Every single dish on here is 100% speaking to me right now. I know you’re gonna love them as much as I do and I can’t wait to see these dishes being recreated in your kitchen! So let’s try something new this week.
I want you to feel inspired, excited and motivated to get in the kitchen. I hope that my recipes can show you that cooking doesn’t have to be difficult or intimidating. Delicious food CAN be simple. Let’s do a little #LIBADInspiration giveaway. Here’s how it works…
- Make any of the dishes from this week’s Dish Inspiration.
- Post a photo of it on your Instagram feed. (Stories too, for bonus points!)
- Tag me @lifeisbutadish in the comments AND the photo, and use the hashtag #LIBADInspiration
At the end of the week I’ll pick a winner and send you a $25 gift card to the grocery store of your choice. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, etc.
Let’s get cooking!
SUNDAY – Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs // I know you’re gonna love this dish so much. It’s easy to pull together and so incredibly comforting. Personally, I love chicken parm better in meatball form!
MONDAY – Spice Roasted Halibut w/ Avocado Salsa // Start your week off on a light and healthy note. This dish is simply delicious and packed with so much flavor. Fish has never been this exciting!
TUESDAY – Simple Lemon Fusilli w/ Zucchini, Tomatoes & Spinach // I’ve been waiting for spring to finally add this to the plan. It’s one of my favorite pastas of all time! Fresh, light and flavorful!
WEDNESDAY – Quick & Easy One Pot Mexican Quinoa // If you haven’t made this recipe yet, I’m not sure what you’re waiting for. You’ll make it time and time again.
THURSDAY – Crispy Baked Chicken Wings // Anyone who’s having a Final Four March Madness party should definitely make these wings and probably double or triple the recipe because they’ll be gone. Only takes minutes to prep and all your guests will be happy.
SWEET TREAT – Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies // These cookies are always a hit! Try them!
