I don’t care what the weather is like outside, it is full blown fall in this kitchen and I couldn’t happier about it! I’m absolutely LOVING the new set up of the Dish Inspiration with one challenge recipe of the week. It’s so much fun to watch you create. If you had to choose ONE recipe to try this week, I say go for the Healing Turmeric Lentil & Farro Soup! This soup has a great story behind it, and it’s sure to warm your soul from the inside out.

THURSDAY – Fall Chopped Kale Salad w/ Herb Vinaigrette // This salad converts kale haters into kale lovers. The dressing is life changing.
BREAKFAST – Apple Pie Smoothie // Basically apple pie in a glass. Makes the perfect fall breakfast or after school snack.
