This. Is. Exciting. Earlier this week I asked you on Instagram if you felt like offering 3 recipes instead of 6 each week would feel more approachable. An overwhelming 97% of you agreed with me and I’m so glad you did! When I first started this series it was originally meant to be a Meal Plan where I offered 5 dishes, Sunday-Thursday plus one dessert or breakfast idea. I then realized I didn’t want to be telling you what to make for dinner, rather I wanted to inspire you to try new things. So I changed the title to Dish Inspiration and that was a little better. About 2 months ago we also added the Challenge Dish of the week which has been amazing, but I still felt like there was too much noise. Finally, I’m changing up the format just slightly.
Each weekly Dish Inspiration will now offer 3 inspirational dishes including 1 challenge dish. This way we can focus on just a few and not feel overwhelmed by all the options!
