Well, here we are! The weekend before Christmas and I simply cannot even believe it. Not sure what happened to 2018 but 2019 is right around the freaking corner! Having said that, I know a lot of you are baking this week, and while you know baking is not normally my thing, I decided to make the challenge dish a cookie recipe because it’s SO easy and really really good.
