For the whole month of November we’re gonna be doing Weekly Dish Inspiration, Thanksgiving edition!! That means all dishes that are inspired by Thanksgiving! I hope this helps to give you ideas for cooking this fall as you plan your holiday menus.
SUNDAY – Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes // These taters will change your life. Throw everything in the slow cooker, let them sit all day and save time and space to do other things in your kitchen!
MONDAY – Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad w/ Black Rice, Dates & Cashews // This is such a great salad option for the holidays. It’s hearty and beautiful with tons of great texture and flavor.
TUESDAY – Roasted Cauliflower Soup // I love to serve this as an appetizer as people slowly arrive. Have a pot warming on the stove and let your guests serve themselves in big mugs.
WEDNESDAY – Spice Roasted Almonds // Another great make ahead appetizer! These aren’t too filling, but they’re festive and so delicious. Perfect to have out on the table or to add to a cheese board.
THURSDAY – Whipped Sweet Potato Casserole w/ Pecan Crumble Topping // This is not your typical sweet potato casserole. It’s lightened up, but still so delicious and sweet.
SWEET TREAT – Puff Pastry Apple Tart // For anyone who’s afraid to make a pie, try this easy Puff Pastry Apple Tart. It’s simple to pull together and looks so impressive!
