This week’s inspiration dishes are ALL about easy, delicious weeknight dinner favorites. Top of the list? My Parmesan Chicken Baked Ziti. Even picky eaters love this cheesy baked pasta, and the leftovers are so good. Seriously, these leftovers will become a lunchtime favorite. This dish comes together with less than 10 ingredients, and you probably have most or all of them in your kitchen already!
I’ve also included Citrus Baked Chicken Thighs and Garlic Lemon Shrimp this week. These are both really yummy main dishes that only need a little pasta, a pan of rolls, or some fresh greens on the side to make a complete weeknight dinner.
