Happy Weekly Inspiration time! I’m BACK with more fall recipes. It’s such a comforting time of year to be in the kitchen! I get so excited each week when it’s time to gather the recipes I think you’ll make and love. I gave you extra doses of cozy and delicious this week, too.
Butternut Squash Soup is the main event this week. I love making Butternut Squash Soup for dinner with a colorful salad, like my Spinach & Green Cabbage Citrus Salad with Pistachios, or Grilled Cheese with Fig Butter & Apple.
Have you ever tried Corn Pudding? It’s a new one for many people, and it won’t be the prettiest dish on your table…but there won’t be a bite left! Once people try this sweet and tasty side dish they fall in love. I cannot emphasize how easy it is, too! SO EASY. With all the fancy baking and big meals happening this time of year, we all need a simple dish in the Weekly Inspiration.
Third in the lineup is One Bowl Healthy Pumpkin Muffins! I love having a recipe up my sleeve that isn’t full of refined sugar. These one-bowl muffins are high in flavor, easy on the dishes, and healthy enough for breakfast. All of my favorite things!
