I’m using only ingredients from everyone’s favorite grocery store. This is perfect for all of your holiday entertaining! My Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranates are a newer recipe that I’m completely obsessed with. I had to put them in this Weekly Inspiration! The flavors in this one are just incredible. The balsamic, the sprouts, and the pomegranates each somehow shine on their own and work together here! It’s a dream of a side dish.
Finally, you HAVE to try my Baked Butternut Squash Hash. Simple ingredients, bold flavor, and leftovers that you will ADORE. This recipe is my jam. It’s perfect for November with in-season squash, apple, cranberry, and fresh herbs. It’s also surprisingly simple to make! I am so excited to feature this one on the Weekly Inspiration.
