It’s the first Weekly Inspiration of 2020! Welcome to the party, everyone. This year is off to a great start already and I’ve got the recipes to prove it! First up? My Grand Marnier Chicken, a simple whole roasted bird that truly anyone can do. Yes, you! It’s an impressive party dish with the MOST amazing sweet and tangy sauce that everyone loves.
I love including a breakfast option in my Weekly Inspiration! I want delicious food from morning to night, after all. Breakfast Tacos are the way to start your morning with a healthy dose of awesome, and they couldn’t be simpler to make. Fluffy scrambled eggs, avocado, greens…yumm. You cannot go wrong with this one.
Let’s round it out with veggies, shall we? Anyone wanting more produce on their table in the new year? My Roasted Root Veggies are in this Weekly Inspiration because I think they’re the best-tasting way to get vegetables of every color on your table.
