It’s time to PARTY with another Weekly Inspiration! Turkey Taco Bake, Oven Roasted Green Beans, and Easy Overnight Oats are all on the menu.
This Weekly Inspiration is all about those weekdays. For a weeknight main dish, my Turkey Taco Bake is the way to go. I love a good casserole (or bowl of mush, as we sometimes say!) and this is one of the greats. It’s got turkey, beans, and rice for a filling dinner with plenty of nutrition.
As a weeknight side, my go-to is Oven Roasted Green Beans. It only takes four ingredients to make a really tasty side dish. If you’re picturing the limp and tasteless green beans that come out of a can, let me assure you, those have no place in a Weekly Inspiration! These green beans are a little crispy and so full of incredible flavor.
We can’t forget a good weekday breakfast in this Weekly Inspiration! I rely on Easy Overnight Oats whenever I can remember to spend a few minutes of prep time in the evening. It’s so, so nice to wake up with one less thing to worry about! There’s a really yummy, filling, and healthy breakfast waiting for you already. Yessss.
