A perfect summertime Weekly Inspiration! Greek Chicken Pasta Salad, Strawberry Shortcake Trifle, and Grilled Corn Panzanella. YUM!
It’s Weekly Inspiration time, friends! We are rocking and rolling this week with Greek Chicken Pasta Salad, Strawberry Shortcake Trifle, and Grilled Corn Panzanella. I love a pasta salad because it’s so versatile. Of course, they’re great for picnics and potlucks, but I also love them for a weeknight dinner or having in the fridge for lunches. Greek Chicken Pasta Salad is full of my favorite flavors and has chicken for a nice dose of protein.
Strawberry Shortcake Trifle is my favorite kind of dessert to make: minimum effort and maximum presentation! It looks absolutely incredible and impresses a crowd every time. Buttery shortcake, fresh strawberries, and homemade whipped cream make for a perfect Weekly Inspiration summer dessert! I’m craving it already.
And last but never least…my Grilled Corn Panzanella! This is a salad that is as fun to make as it is to eat. The addition of crusty bread give this salad a perfect texture and I love the tang that the vinaigrette adds. This is a fresh and flavorful Weekly Inspiration meal to add some color to your dinner menu!
