Week 3 and we’re going strong with our meal plans! This week there’s a few of my favorite dishes and I can’t wait to share them with you again!
SUNDAY – Slow Cooker Sweet Potato & Chicken Chili // LOVE this Chili! It’s hearty, healthy and filling! Great to make it early in the week and have leftovers for lunch the next day. This works great in the slow cooker, but I’ve also made it in the Instant Pot and it’s equally delicious!
MONDAY – Crispy Baked Buttermilk Chicken // Perfectly crisp chicken baked in the oven. The whole family is gonna love this one!
TUESDAY – Poblano Pepper Burrito Bowls // Who doesn’t a good old make-your-own burrito bowl?! Better than Chipotle!
WEDNESDAY – Mushroom & Kale Stuffed Spaghetti Squash Bowls // One of my favorite vegetarian dinners ever! And the best part is eating it right out of the squash bowl!
THURSDAY – Seafood & Potato Stew // Love this comforting stew!!
SWEET TREAT – Dark Chocolate Covered Cookie & Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream // Hands down my favorite ice cream ever. EVER! No Ice cream maker needed! Just a bowl and a spoon! This is a MUST!
