This easy 4 ingredient Skillet Broccolini will be your new favorite side dish for any day of the week!
- 8 ounces broccolini
- 1 tablespoon ghee (can also use olive oil, butter or combination of both)
- pinch of salt
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Heat a large pan over medium/high heat. I like to use a cast iron skillet for this, but any pan will work. Trim the ends off the broccolini, then cut in half lengthwise. If any stalks are super thick, or any of the tops are thick you can cut those in half as well.
Add ghee to the pan and melt. Add broccolini and a pinch of salt. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until desired doneness. I like mine after about 6 minutes, when they are bright green and just tender crisp. Turn off heat and squeeze over some fresh lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
