How to make 5-minute Instant pot

SPAGHETTI SQUASH

Cut your spaghetti squash in half, width wise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and discard. Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot. Place the spaghetti squash in your Instant Pot.

Close lid and make sure the valve is on sealing. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Quick release and check with a fork to see if it’s done. Squash should easily scrape away from the sides.

Cutting a spaghetti squash is a big job which calls for a big knife. I like to use my 8 inch chefs knife and cutting it in half horizontally is MUCH easier than cutting it vertically. Trust me on this one!
