- 2 tablespoons minced shallot (about 1 large shallot)
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined. If you want a smooth texture feel free to blend the ingredients. Use immediately to marinate salmon for 30-45 minutes. If not using right away, store in the fridge in an airtight jar or container for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Yields about 1 cup. Can easily double or triple the recipe to make more!
