Description

This 30 Minute Panko Crusted Salmon brings together the delicate richness of salmon with a golden, crunchy panko crust. With a blend of tangy Dijon mustard, sweet honey, and zesty lemon, each bite is the perfect taste and texture. It’s a delicious option to pair with your favorite side dishes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 11.5 pounds salmon (can also use halibut)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Make the panko topping. In a small bowl mix together the panko, mustard, honey, oil, salt, thyme and lemon zest until all the panko is well coated. Set aside.
  2. Grease the bottom of a baking dish with oil and add the salmon. Top it with the panko mixture, pressing it into the salmon.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through and the panko is golden brown.
