With just chicken breasts, homemade taco seasoning, salsa, corn, and black beans, you’ll have a versatile protein ready to enhance your tacos, rice bowls, or salads in no time!


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 (12oz) jar your favorite salsa
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained


  1. Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning. Add the salsa, corn and beans. 
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 
  3. Remove the chicken to shred with two forks and return to the crockpot. Serve immediately in tacos, over rice or with a salad
