- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- Juice from 1 large lemon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined. Use immediately to marinate chicken for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 48 hours. Store in the fridge in an airtight jar or container for 7-10 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Yields about ¾ cup. Can easily double or triple the recipe to make more!
