Ingredients

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined. Use immediately to marinate chicken for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 48 hours. Store in the fridge in an airtight jar or container for 7-10 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Yields about ¾ cup. Can easily double or triple the recipe to make more!
