A rustic and sweet Plum Crumble that has the perfect ratio of fruit to crumble!
Ingredients

Plum Filling
- 10–12 plums, diced into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flour
Crumble Topping
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl mix together the plums, coconut sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon flour. Pour into a 9 inch pie dish or baking dish and set aside.
- In another bowl use your hands to mash together the granulated sugar, oats, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, salt, 1/2 cup flour and butter. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the plum mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm on it’s own or with vanilla ice cream.
