Less than 5 ingredients for this simple and delicious chicken dish!
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken evenly with salt (about 1/4 teaspoon per side), and lemon pepper.
- Preheat a skillet over medium/high heat and add olive oil. Place chicken in skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side (per inch of thickness). So, if the chicken is very thick it might need a little longer on each side.
- Remove chicken from pan and let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This same recipe can me made on a grill or grill pan.
