Spinach, Banana, & Pineapple Green Smoothie

  • Yield: 4 1x


  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon whole flaxseeds
  • 45 ice cubes


  1.  In a blender add the spinach and milk and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour and serve immediately!


*If your banana and pineapple are ripe and juicy, then you shouldn’t need any additional sweetener. If you like more sweetness, add 1 teaspoon of honey or agave at a time.
*If you decide to use frozen fruit then leave out the ice.
