A healthy and nutritious alternative after a long weekend of eating out! This spinach, banana, and pineapple smoothie will make you feel good.
Ingredients

- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 banana
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon whole flaxseeds
- 4–5 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender add the spinach and milk and blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
- Pour and serve immediately!
Notes
*If your banana and pineapple are ripe and juicy, then you shouldn’t need any additional sweetener. If you like more sweetness, add 1 teaspoon of honey or agave at a time.
*If you decide to use frozen fruit then leave out the ice.
