Description

Whether you’re feeding a hungry family, meal prepping for the week, or just looking for a way to make rice actually exciting, this Bone Broth Rice is about to become your new go-to.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jasmine rice, rinsed (can also use Basmati)
  • 2 cups low sodium chicken bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon ghee or butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan add the rinsed rice, bone broth, ghee and salt. Stir until well combined. 
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Simmer while covered on low heat for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let sit for an additional 10 minutes (or up to an hour). Fluff with a fork and serve.
