Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour in chicken broth.
  2. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. 
  3. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks or in a bowl with a hand mixer.
