- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon tahini (I like Soom)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week and use as salad dressing, a marinade, or to drizzle over roasted vegetables.
