Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 12 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk gently until well combined. Use immediately or store in an airtight jar or container for 5-7 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer. Yields a little over ½ cup. Can easily double or triple the recipe to make more!
