- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill
- 1–1.5 pounds salmon filet
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Whisk together the mustard, tahini, salt, white balsamic and olive oil until well combined. Stir in the dill and set aside. (You can also blend the sauce if you prefer it smooth).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the salmon on top. Spoon the dill sauce over the salmon and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with extra sauce and enjoy.
