A silky smooth and creamy, refreshing smoothie that will keep you full for hours!


  • 1/2 California avocado
  • 1/2 sliced frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I love almond or cashew)
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 12 handfuls ice


  1. Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Serve immediately. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve more.
