A silky smooth and creamy, refreshing smoothie that will keep you full for hours!
- 1/2 California avocado
- 1/2 sliced frozen banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I love almond or cashew)
- 1/2 green apple
- 1–2 handfuls ice
- Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Serve immediately. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve more.
