Avocado Mint SmoothieYou wanna know what’s extremely delicious and refreshing? Yeah, you guessed it. This Avocado Mint Smoothie is like OMG creamy, satisfying and perfect for your busy mornings and/or midday pick-me-up!

Avocado Mint SmoothieEven better, you can prep all your ingredients ahead of time, then just pour it into the blender with your choice of milk and you’re good to go! I’m a homemade nut milk kind of girl, but any milk will do.

Avocado Mint SmoothieOk, ok, ok see that creeeeeeeaminess? I know you know what gives it that silky smooth texture. Yep, right again it’s that fresh California Avocado! It’s gonna take your smoothie game to the next level while providing healthy fats and that silky finish that we all dream of.

Avocado Mint Smoothie

Description

A silky smooth and creamy, refreshing smoothie that will keep you full for hours!


Scale

Ingredients

  • 1/2 California avocado
  • 1/2 sliced frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I love almond or cashew)
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1–2 handfuls ice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Serve immediately. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve more.

    I can’t add avocado on my smoothie because I think it’s gross. Just on avocado toast or a guacamole salad.
