Avocado Mint Smoothie
- Yield: 1 1x
A silky smooth and creamy, refreshing smoothie that will keep you full for hours!
- ½ California avocado
- ½ sliced frozen banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup milk of your choice (I love almond or cashew)
- ½ green apple
- 1–2 handfuls ice
- Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Serve immediately. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve more.
I can’t add avocado on my smoothie because I think it’s gross. Just on avocado toast or a guacamole salad.
