Your recipe sounds really good, and I’m going to try it but I’ll use a fresh butternut squash. I am on a limited income and I’m a cook-from-scratch person anyway. But I have used Taylor Farms products over the years and they always provide a good quality. However, as I’m submitting this review Taylor Farms is being hit hard with a salmonella disaster in their commercial division with sliced onions to various retail customers (McDonalds and others). One more reason to consider fresh vs prepared veggies.
