- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Whisk together the mustard, tahini, salt, white balsamic and olive oil until well combined.
- Stir in the dill and set aside. (You can also blend the sauce if you prefer it smooth).
- Serve over fish, chicken, steak or veggies or stir into rice or quinoa.
