These simple roasted brussels sprouts are the perfect side dish for any weeknight meal or for your holiday table.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds brussels sprouts, halved if large (I cut some in half and leave the smaller ones whole)
  • 34 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add the brussels sprouts to a sheet pan and toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  2. Roast for 35-40 minutes until soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Serve immediately.
